Train your coaches
The single most important action a youth sports organization can take to enhance its program is to train its volunteer coaches. Encourage your organization to train their coaches. A Parent Orientation Program and also Criminal Background Checks are now available.

Coaches are teacher and can have a profound effect on the kids they coach. You have a special opportunity to mold their lives.
