The Kids Sports Network Parent Orientation Program helps youth sports coaches orient and educate their parents on many important issues including the three R’s:

The program consists of a 12-page booklet to be given to each set of parents and an 11-minute video designed to be shown to all parents at a team parent meeting. It can also be implemented in larger group settings conducted by league administrators. The video is hosted by Jim and Janet Sundberg, co-authors of the book "How to Win at Sports Parenting." Jim was a catcher in the major leagues for 16-years and Janet is a behavioral specialist and lecturer.
