Recertification - Renewal Information

If you are currently KSN certified or if it has been 12 months or less since your certification expired, you are eligible for KSN recertification. KSN recommends, but does not require, additional training to renew your certification.

Coaches who meet the KSN criteria for recertification and wish to do so should FIRST CHECK WITH YOUR LEAGUE OR ORGANIZATION to determine if they have any additional training requirements.

For example, San Antonio Pop Warner requires coaches to attend a full KSN clinic annually and other organizations require you to attend their organizational and administrative meeting..

The organizations listed below require annual attendance at a KSN clinic. You CANNOT renew your certification without attending a KSN clinic.

Northwest Little League (District 19 San Antonio)
South Austin Optimists
Spurs Drug-Free League

Contact your organization about a clinic date.

There are three options for re-certifying with KSN. Please read the above caution before recertifying by mail, fax, or online.

1. Download the renewal form or use the one that was mailed to you. Fill it out and fax or mail it with the required payment to KSN.
2. Renew by submitting your information online.
3. Attend a KSN clinic to complete the renewal process.

You will receive a letter and new card by mail once your eligibility is confirmed and your form is processed. (Allow 7 - 10 business days for processing and mailing.)
