Recertification - Renewal Information

If you are currently KSN certified or if it has been 12 months or less since your certification expired, you are eligible for KSN recertification. KSN recommends, but does not require, additional training to renew your coach's certification. Some organizations do not allow their coaches to renew online, please see the list below.

Organizations listed below require annual attendance at a KSN clinic and do not allow their coaches to renew online.

Recertification Options:
Please read the above caution before recertifying.

1. Renew by submitting your information online.*
   *IMPORTANT: Please use a credit card, not a debit card for payment.
2. Download the renewal form or use the one mailed to you. Fill it out and fax or mail it with the required payment to KSN.
   
3. Attend a KSN clinic to complete the renewal process.

Renewal Form (with form fields) Type or indicate your answers and print your completed form to fax or mail to KSN.  You will need Adobe Reader.

You will receive a letter and new card by mail once your eligibility is confirmed and your form is processed. (Allow 7 - 10 business days for processing and mailing.)
